Yes. Browsing providers, viewing profiles, and connecting with providers through the platform is free for families. Providers pay to be listed.
Phase 1 focuses on Pregnancy & Postpartum (doulas, midwives, OB/GYNs, lactation consultants, pelvic floor specialists, maternal mental health) and Family Wellness (pediatricians, family therapists, nutritionists, holistic family coaches, sleep consultants). More care journeys are coming.
Yes. Every provider profile is tagged Holistic, Traditional, or Integrative so you can browse by care philosophy alongside specialty and location.
Provider profiles include credentials, certifications, care philosophy, and reviews to help you make informed choices. A multi-layer Vetted Provider Badge is coming soon — we'll be transparent on each profile about what has and hasn't been verified. Read more about our trust standards →
Today, you can contact providers directly through their profiles. Full online booking is coming in a future phase. In the meantime, "Request Appointment" sends an inquiry to the provider.
Submit the Provider Application. Our team reviews each submission to support quality and trust. If approved, your profile is published on MyWellnessConnector.
Phase 1 accepts the categories under Pregnancy & Postpartum and Family Wellness listed on our For Providers page. Additional categories will open as we expand.
Absolutely. Your profile can be tagged as Virtual, In-Person, or both. Families filter providers by service modality, so virtual practices get full visibility.
